The first prophecy spoken in South Chard Church stated that members of the congregation would be sent from the Church to all the four corners of the world.  This is a command from God that has never been forgotten and throughout the fifty years of the church’s history right through to the present day, this is something that the whole Church is committed to!

All at South Chard are mission-focused - we are committed to the Great Commission laid out in Mark 16:14 – 18.  Even if we are not physically going, we participate in the mission by praying for the trip and providing financial support through our giving.

We currently have a particular focus on the countries of Uganda and India, directly supporting the native people working there. You can read much more about our work in Uganda and India by clicking the links to the left.
